Shipping policy

What are my shipping options?

We have the following shipping options available:

• Collection: Your order can be picked up from our Parktown North Studio (JHB ONLY).

• Courier Delivery: Delivery to your door.

What much will my delivery cost?

• If you choose to collect your items (JHB ONLY) there will be no charge.

• If you place an order and choose Courier Delivery, our system will add a standard flat shipping rate of R100 per order, irrespective of your order size, order amount or your location.

How long will delivery take?

Courier delivery will take between 5 and 7 working days depending on the order's destination.

What do I do if I receive products that have been damaged in transit?

• If your products are damaged in transit, please send us an email to hello@callalane.co to report the damaged item so that we can correct the issue.
