What is Calla Lane’s Return Policy?

You are able to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please note: For hygiene purposes, there are certain products which we are unable to accept refunds on. These include, but are not limited to: mascara, lip gloss, liquid concealer, liquid highlighter, liquid eyeliner, loose powder.
  • We will refund you once the item has been returned to our premises and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
  • The cost of couriering the product back to us, will be for your own account. Please email us at hello@callalane.co for our warehouse address. 
  • Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.

How do I log a return?

  • Email our customer support team at hello@callalane.co
  • We will send you a return form to complete and send a courier quote to have the product/s collected. Once you have paid the cost of having the item couriered back to us and we have received the payment, we will refund you. This is provided that our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.

Can sale items be returned?

  • Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
